7.4 or 22 kW wallbox? At Charge Factory we help you choose without complications. Don't choose just by the number: check your installation and the load capacity of your car. The 7.4 kW Pulsar Max is designed for a single-phase installation, common in many homes. To reach 22 kW you need a three-phase installation and a car that accepts that power in alternating current. If the car supports less, the charging power will be limited: choosing the highest power charger does not mean that you will charge faster. Before purchasing, confirm this information with a professional installer. To check which charger your car can use, go to the Charge Factory tool. Select make, model and year. Both models include a five-meter Type 2 cable. Installation is not included in the purchase of the equipment. Consult the two sheets on chargefactory.es, compare the characteristics and choose the right model for your home.

Check which charger your car needs

After the guide, choose make, model and year in our compatibility selector. Check the Type 2 connection and AC charging of your electric or plug-in hybrid car.

What is the difference between a 7.4 kW Wallbox and a 22 kW Wallbox?

The 7.4 kW is designed for single-phase charging; The 22 kW allows you to take advantage of three-phase charging when the home and car accept it. The final power depends on the vehicle's internal charger and the installation. A car limited to 11 kW AC will not charge at 22 kW by choosing the highest power equipment.
